Once you have gone through the process of early stage creative thinking you can now share your ideas in order to take them to the next level. Even though you want to clarify and evaluate your ideas before sharing, they do not need to be perfect or complete. There is a lot of power in bringing several minds together. When they all enter into the thinking process together it creates a Mastermind.There are five steps to take to share your thinking with others:  Bring your idea to the table - it doesn’t have to be a great thought, just a good one.Share your desire for others to improve your idea - you need to want better ideas more than you want credit.Ask everyone to participate - people should know their input mattersAsk questions - nothing stimulates improved thinking more than questionsLet the best idea win - when the best idea wins… you win!
