What are your thoughts? (3:25)Give everyone the statistic, how much money on average are businesses leaving out there (5:12)Say somebody's listening in and they're like “Oh yeah I actually never got paid by someone”, How do we figure out where our money is? (6:58)Some other industries have cash on delivery and those sorts of things, let's just say that they transfer over and start doing business-to-business sales, how you might invoice a business versus a consumer? (10:03)Maybe the address we're doing business with is the place we should be sending the invoice to? (12:48)We should not just be throwing these invoices in the trash (16:26)Let's say something really did go sideways in the performance of the agreement, if that's the reason that someone's not paying you, how do you approach that conversation? (18:48)Let's say that there were supposed to be 6 payments and they made 4 and they stopped paying you. Is this just an additional invoice or is this a deeper conversation about why an ongoing payment was stopped?
