Earlier in the year, jeff sat down with the Co-Founder and Chief Culture Officer of WeWork, Miguel McKelvey.  What started as a single office in New York to now being located in 100 cities globally, the former architect details how he built his massive company. Despite current shortcomings, he stresses that WeWork was founded upon the “fundamental human need for connection” and shares its foundational beliefs on creativity, collaboration and connection.
