There were a couple of things that I enjoyed, but I will say that overall I am struggling a little bit here. I'm struggling a little bit where I haven't necessarily latched on to a feud that I truly feel like following each and every single week. And currently, right now, that's where I'm struggling. With TNA at the moment is that I feel like there's not that much going on where I am, you know, caught up in the storyline. When I think about some of the very best that they got going right now, really the biggest thing was that sit-down that we had with Mike Santana and Steve Macklin. I thought that was one of the best things that we saw today. Um, I liked a couple of the women's stuff that we saw. Saw.
Denise Salcedo 1:03
I always enjoy seeing Elena Black in action. I've enjoyed what Jada Stone has brought to the table so far during her time in TNA. So that was, you know, pretty all right. I'm curious to see what exactly is going on with Rosemary. We saw an appearance today by Raven, uh, who I'm a big fan of personally. And even though this little backstage skit that they're doing with Rosemary. Mary and Allie and her giving a change of clothes to Allie because Allie died in the outfit that she was wearing. And they go to Raven, Raven, who's envious of Tommy Dreamer, and he somehow gives Rosemary um blood, Tommy Dreamer's blood, from you know their match back in like back in 1995. So I'm just like, okay, what is happening here?
Denise Salcedo 1:51
I'm not really entirely sure. what that's all about, but I'm following along. I'm trying to uh enjoy that for what it is. And again, anytime you got Raven on TV, I'm going to pay attention to that. Leon Slater addressing Eric Young. It's funny because like Leon Slater to me is still my favorite person to watch on TNA. So like regardless of regardless of whether he's wrestling or cutting a promo, no matter what, I'm Going to be paying attention to that. Then we also had Danny Luna and Ariana Grace take on Zia Brooks' side and Lei Ying Lee. That was a fun matchup. What I thought was was interesting though, um, on the women's side as well was getting to see that confrontation with Jody Threat and Tessa Blanchard because they both have like a similar attitude, a similar vibe where it feels like they're going to absolutely uh break.
Denise Salcedo 2:43
Brutalize each other. That part was interesting too. Now, believe it or not, today I kind of also want to start with Mr. Elegance making his debut. Now, I'm not gonna sit here and be like, oh my god, this was amazing, or anything like that. However, it was the thing that caught my attention. Not necessarily for I don't know if it's a good reason or a bad reason. Make that for what you will. But the reason why it caught my attention was because they had Mr. Elegant's debut in a match against Action Mike Jackson. Now, I haven't seen Action Mike Jackson in a while. Um, in fact, I think the last time I saw him in person was maybe like three, four years ago. He was wrestling on GCW, and I got the chance to ring announce him.
Denise Salcedo 3:31
Uh, and that was probably. Probably like the last time that I saw him in person. But hear me out, guys. This man is 76 years old. Let me say that again. 76 years old. Think about all of those people that you know that age. Can you imagine them stepping to the ring and having a match? He's obviously had a very, very long career. Uh, I think you know, coming Terry was talking about how he's been in the game now for like 60 years or so.

How did the sit‑down between Mike Santana and Steve Maclin stand out on Impact?

Denise Salcedo 4:02
Um, so he'll he's been in this for quite some time. But here's the thing, though: he's 76 years old and walking the ropes like it's nobody's business. Dude was walking the ropes like freaking Ray Phoenix. All right, obviously, I'm exaggerating there a little bit, but still, um, that to me was probably the most. Most shocking, most interesting part of the entire episode tonight, where I just kept thinking to myself, like, man, how good do you gotta take care of your body to be able to do that?
