Uh walking the walk of Down that aisle, people were super duper happy to see him. Gets a nice warning before he goes out there. Um and by uh Jimmy Uso to say, Hey, be careful out there my Brother Jay's on a bit of a war path. Punk goes out there, and this is what I wanted to hear from Punk, and this is what I wanted to see from Punk, because I'm no longer worried about punks. being the heel. I'm no worried about uh Roman being the heel or Roman being the baby face or punk. Is not going to be the heel. Punk did exactly what CM Punk uh has done, which got him to the table.
Uh being different, talking smack, um, from the pipe bomb po promo to rising through the ranks of WWE all the way uh to leaving WWE to coming back to WWE. And still having that connection with wrestling fans and especially the WWE universe. And he straight up asked, Do you want me to bite my tongue? Because I was warned. Uh Or do you want me to just be CM Punk? And the fans voted for him to be CM Punk. And uh he delivered some wonderful, wonderful words uh to help promote this great main event. It was it was such an inspiring, inspiring moment. Uh wish he would have said Mike Jackson's inspiring uh wrestling at 76 against uh Mr.
Elegance on TNA. But that's uh hopeful thinking. Um and Mr. Elegance was wonderful in uh his victory, but got some heat beating up a 76-year-old man, and Mike Jackson inspires like uh no other. Um back to this CM Punk uh I love the promo. It was everything that I wanted. Uh he's he said, like, hey kids, I need you to close your ears because I'm in the shit talking business and I'm trying to do my job to promote this fight, and I'm gonna get in Roman Reigns' head.
