So Sammy shows up in all his glory with the convertible, with the title in the passenger seat, and he's met by Cody Rhodes. And Cody and him, the truth. Sammy just goes off and says everything what we're all saying. You're not going to hold the title. Tonight's going to be Cody's night. And Cody's like, nope, I was here to wish you good luck. And so Sammy again puts his foot in his mouth. And then as he walks away or goes away, Cody is attacked by Gunther. Powerbomb through the table and then a nice little... Homage to the American dream, Dusty Rhodes, though it wasn't his arm being broke, it was his head being kicked in the door like the horseman did to Dusty.

No, there's going to be a main event. We have the Adam Pierce, Nick Aldis. And it was like, as soon as they said, we're going to give you a main event, you started hearing the CM Punk chants. People, some of the most amazing things about CM Punk, he's the only wrestler that when he left the WWE for nine years, they chanted his name. And they chanted it even louder tonight. I loved how they kept teasing the phone calls. Who's it going to be? Nick Aldis obviously brings CM Punk to the building. Let me tell you one of the best cinematic entrances without it being cinematic.
It literally is a garage door opening. And if you've ever you've saw the backstage or the truth of the Rosemont Horizon, it's a big, big garage. You open up that gate and then there's your hero. It's CM Punk. And that ovation was insane. I'm talking Triple H's return to the Garden. I'm talking John Cena's return. It was one of the loudest. I think it even beat his return to the WWE. They have the match. Match is excellent. Three-segment match. Both guys firing all on cylinders. And then we have the result.

It was awesome. Like I said, match was excellent. Punk got busted open, actually from moving away from the Huluva kick, which shows how dangerous some of those things happen. Loved that celebration at the end. It was almost three minutes of people just celebrating. Walked into the crowd, climbed all the way to the top of the building in a lovely suit. scene where people are just chanting CM Punk and go off the air. This is a massive, massive pivot. Right place, right time has really, really taken over in WWE. They've given us a lot of great moments. Uh, Sammy Zane winning night of champions and in Saudi was a frigging moment for Sammy Zane. And now, uh, you know, bully and I talked about it on Friday.
