The rabid fans who have been following the product and are looking forward to the build to SummerSlam, I don't know if there was quite that hook. Now there is, after what happened on SmackDown tonight, where it was revealed that there will be a stipulation added to the tag match at Saturday night's main event, where it will be CM Punk and Cody Rhodes against Sami Zayn and Gunther. And that stipulation is that if Sami Zayn and Gunther are able to win, they will be added... to the SummerSlam, I guess, co-main event as a Fatal 4-Way, which is kind of cool and kind of what I'm rooting for.

And that's the first question I want to throw out to you guys in the nation is, would you rather see CM Punk and Cody Rhodes one-on-one Or CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn, and Gunther. 877-344-4893. 877-344-4893. Because to me, that all gets more interesting as a four-way. Which is contrary to how I normally look at these things. I remember the backstage segment. CM Punk was there with Adam Pearce and he was like, I'm traditional. I like it one-on-one, right? Like he was, he was saying that. And that's how I generally feel. Remember when they were leading up to WrestleMania and everybody was wondering if Drew McIntyre was going to be involved in the Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton match. And I'm like, no, give me Cody.
Give me Randy one-on-one. Same thing with CM Punk and Roman this time around. We had the triple threat with Seth Rollins. I wanted that one-on-one. Obviously, we're getting Roman and Seth one-on-one at SummerSlam now. But for... Well, I'm not even going to say for whatever reason. I know the specific reason why. The specific reason why is because I'm more interested in Sami Zayn than any other character on WWE television right now. So Sami Zayn, the... of him getting involved in this match and becoming a part of this match is very, very intriguing. And obviously, I think, you know, SummerSlam, on paper, it looks great. There's been some talk about ticket sales. There's been some talk about the build. But my main sticking point and talking point, and I was discussing this yesterday on Not Sam Live, was that...
The Cody and Punk match, as great as that looks on paper, as much history as there is with those guys and their respective journeys, it didn't have me. It didn't have me. And Roman and Rollins, they've got me. After Monday Night, they've got me. After Roman Reigns cooked, stir-fried, flame-broiled Seth Rollins on the microphone on Raw, that hooked me. Brock and Oba. That felt like the other main event to me because we know this is the rubber match for those two guys. And we know it's going to be a slobber knocker. And just the prospect of it being in a hell in a cell is a whole nother level for that. So hell in a cell. Hell yeah. Right. Hell yes. Hell in the Cell, didn't we have Busted Open? I mean, Billy Madison, I'm sorry.
This is Busted Open After Dark. We had Billy Madison at the time. Hell yes, that's a Hell in the Cell, let's do it. Go for the Hell in the Cell. So that's how I was feeling about that with Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi. And then after that though, once the Cody and the CM Punk match was made, It feels great. It feels like that should be a dream match, but I don't know. It didn't hit me like that. So I was a big fan of this stipulation being added. Even if it doesn't work out that way, it gives Saturday night's main event a little extra juice. It gives that match a little meaning rather than just like, you know, that's the kind of thing that tag match without that stipulation feels very house show to me. Like his very house show.
