So I wanna get your take, Nick, 'cause I because I have an interesting take as well. Zillafah too, his first official match with NXT Is going to be a title match. It's gonna be a four-way add heat wave. You know, with Tony D'Angelo, your champion, Cruz Montana, and Grayson Waller. So right off the bat, I gotta ask you, Nick, your thoughts on right away in your debut match, having it for a title.
Uh you know what? It it's not the the old era, it's not the old days, but you d you do have to sh if you show up and you go, Hey, I'm going after the Intercontinental title or I'm going after this guy or gal It uh y you wanna shoot for the stars. And I understand that when you're every uh three three of the four people in this match are pretty brand new to the uh pr to NXT and they're all making their way to a at least the number one contenders uh spot. When it comes to stuff like this I get it. Sometimes nepotism's there. Sometimes you're an infobaby and you can't help it and it and it's on you to go, I have to set myself apart. Or am I I'm everyone knows why I'm here. Now I have to show the work to back it up and go, hey, I'm not just here because of my name.
And there there's huge problems. I'm someone who I I you know, my father did not work in the business, so um I did not have some chip on my shoulder to come back to like avenge some story or anything like this, or even know that like uh there's no favoritism to me. There was almost the opposite, and that's fine. But sometimes down the line, you may not know if you You're just like, Oh, you're part of the family, so you're covered or oh you're we we got you in this story, here's the deal. and you wanna stand out on your own. So I appreciate the Letting everyone know, hey, I'm here. I made an impact. Am I doing this because of my last name? Who my relatives are? Maybe. But down the line, i i if you get everyone talking right away and you get introduced into this scene.
That's part of life in 2026. I I don't want him showing up and then saying, All right, Robert Stone, give me some kind of match sometime down the line. I just want to do something. No, no, no. You're there to be the champ. You're there to be fighting for it. So at least when there's a story with rotating casts of people fighting, buying for that number one contender spot, at least there you say, Hey, I'm here to fight for the title. And e and three of those guys are not. gonna be fighting for the title. And then they have to actually get a sink their teeth into a story that either gets people talking or gets people going, Oh, I see it yeah, that what that was a Nepo baby hire and it's not really working out.
So in this case, you gotta go for it. You gotta swing for the fences and at least put 'em out there. And once this match happens, then you go, All right, now let's see what you got. Can you talk? Can you back it up? Can you be that superstar when when you're not on screen? Can you talk to
