Leading Through Crisis

In this episode, we’re going to be talking about how to lead yourself and others when crisis hits in your life, your family, and your organization. No matter who you are, we all have experienced some form of intense difficulty or trouble in our personal life or business. Most of the time we get caught up in the crisis and we try to work our way out of it as soon as we can.
