150 g de queijo curado São Jorge, em cubos
1 cebola pequena picada e salsa fresca
Modo de Preparação Resumido
Comece por pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C e untar uma forma para 6 queques. Salteie a alheira numa frigideira durante 4 a 5 minutos, adicione a cebola picada até amolecer e deixe arrefecer ligeiramente. Numa tigela, misture os ingredientes secos e, noutra, bata os ovos com o leite e o azeite. Combine os preparados sem bater demasiado a massa. Envolva a alheira salteada, os cubos de queijo e a salsa. Distribua pelas formas e leve ao forno por 20 a 25 minutos até dourarem.
