Noutra frigideira, aqueça o azeite e adicione o alho picado, deixando refogar até libertar aroma. Junte os camarões, tempere com sal e pimenta, e salteie até ficarem rosados e bem cozinhados. Quando os camarões estiverem prontos, adicione-os à carne de porco, mexendo bem para misturar todos os sabores. Acrescente as batatas fritas e envolva tudo delicadamente. Polvilhe com salsa picada e mexa uma última vez. Disponha o prato numa travessa de servir, decore com gomos de limão e finalize com azeitonas pretas.
