This is a continuation of our previous discussion with Pantea Jarafi regarding the systemic refusals of Canadian Self Employed applications in the Warsaw office. Mark Holthe and Pantea discuss the class-action case of Tafreshi v MCI 2022 FC 1089, and the struggle that 110 applicants have had to go through to obtain justice from IRCC.
