She walks us through her experience so far and why she decided to do it now. She shares how her body, emotions and mental health have been affected throughout and what she's been doing to help. We also talk about having all of the tools that we know help us feel better mentally, physically and emotionally, especially after cancer, but sometimes they just don't work and that's okay too. Shannon also shares how she's resetting when it comes to personal boundaries and being intentional with her time.
