Her joint pain was crippling, she was low on energy, and had gained a significant amount of weight. She could not imagine going on like this any more. That's when Lou and Dr. Amy's paths crossed! In this episode, Lou is sharing how she went from feeling like a stranger in her own body to where she is today!
