Nii Ato holds master’s level training in mental health counseling, allowing him to provide holistic support by creating space for the personal, professional, & psychological in his work with clients. He has over 10 years of experience in the career development space, including 5+ years as the Sr. Career Advisor at Ivy Exec, an online professional development platform. Through this platform, he provided job search, resume, and career guidance to over 5,000 global clients.Nii Ato was born in London, raised in New York City, finished high school in Accra, Ghana, and spent a full year studying abroad in Paris.
