Hurricane Ian heads toward the Carolinas | Sept. 29, 2022 (Special)

Ian has restrengthened into a hurricane and is forecast to make landfall in South Carolina Friday. Ian caused catastrophic damage to Florida as a Category 4 hurricane Wednesday.  Ian is expected to bring heavy rain, storm surge, flooding, and an isolated risk of tornadoes to both North Carolina and South Carolina.
