Elsewhere on Watch What Happens Live this week, Mia Calabresi, who is one of the cast members of Summer House, was on. And I thought it was a really good idea to get her on. I mean, first of all, she's having a great first season. We saw a really beautiful moment this week where... Because, you know, Mia is Sierra's really good friend.
So it was smart for them to get her on because obviously she'll be giving, you know, a perspective from Sierra on...
by proxy but equally it we saw a really beautiful moment with her and Sierra this week where we learned a little bit more about Mia we had learned that Mia's parents were both dead and there's this gorgeous moment this week where Mia comes in in the morning to say hi to Sierra and she's like oh I had like such a terrible dream I had a dream that both of my parents were alive and I was like begging for my mom to come and visit me like begging I was like can you please come and stay with me and my dad was like
I don't think that's a good idea, and I was just hysterically crying, begging. I hate when I have dreams like that, because I wake up and it feels so real, and then I realize it's not real. That's all I have to say about Emma. But as a show, Ladies of London is absolutely working for me. Below Deck drove me absolutely mad this week. Mike, what are you doing? Mike is driving me crazy. He should go back to Geordie Shore. His hair is ridiculous. He is such a shitster. He belongs on Geordie Shore. He is literally a transplant from Geordie Shore.

So my job was very like fast paced. So I always kind of had things in my life that distracted me from actually understanding myself at all. Like I was always really career focused and focused on achieving and being seen because I'm a Leop. And I had a lot of value in, honestly, a lot of superficial things. And then I kind of burnt out when I was in my 30s.
And I found sound healing really helpful because I couldn't really slow down. And sound was a gateway for me to kind of understand myself better because you couldn't really tell someone like me to just stop talking and just meditate for 10 minutes. It would be impossible. But I could do something like a sound bath. And that would let me go quiet and listen to my body.
And then if I mixed it with Reiki... I could release the energy blocks. So then when I had a bit of clarity, I had space. And then I could be like, oh, I see what's happening here. I can see why I'm doing this. And I can almost look at myself because I used to feel like I was on the outside looking in instead of being on the inside looking out.
And then when you look at something like reality TV, I was like, oh my God, I can actually see parts of myself in so many of these people. And then, you know, the way you often see when people go to watch films or look at IMDb to see where I've seen this person before is
instead I was like oh my god what is Angie star sign when was she born is she like me and then I'm like oh my god she is like my friends and I can understand why we clash or we don't understand each other and I just find it really helpful in daily life because if I can understand someone how they're showing me who they are because if you have a star sign it's someone who they are at their core it's like their identity their ego and
But if you know someone's rising sign, which is kind of hard to get because you have to know someone's birth time. So like generally if you're dating someone, you're like, oh my God, when were you born? They're like, okay. And I know there's loads of mothers in Ireland that are like being contacted all the time. Like, mom, when was I born? Because the other half wants to know.
You can understand a rising sign because of how it presents in the world. So your rising sign is how you're seen by the world. And it's interesting because... Reality TV is just all about presentation. It's all about how they want to show themselves off. And in real life as well, we're all guilty of that. We all want to be portrayed a certain way and we want people to think we're a certain way.
You'll often hear people say like, oh my God, I'm such a nerd. But sometimes that comes from a place where they don't feel like they're taken seriously. And they want to give themselves this name or, you know, some people are like, you know, when people say, oh my God, I'm really funny. And you're like, you shouldn't have to say that.
Because, you know, because people know you're going to crack if you're not, you know. Yeah, it doesn't really bode well if you have to say it out loud. It doesn't. So then I find when you watch reality TV, I could just bed rot for hours and just watch it. And I find it calming. Actually, I didn't find, I find some Salt Lake City not calming. But then...

I can't remember who he was talking about, but he was like, my style comes naturally. It's just the way I am. To look like Wes, that does take effort. And he pretends it does. And he's like, I'm just a slob. So I know there's parts of him that are a bit red flaggy. And remember he talked about Bronwyn that time on Rush What Happens Live.
And I was like, oh, I didn't think he'd kind of out her like that because I felt that that was a really personal exchange. There was no value in that.
Yeah, he kind of, just in case people didn't see, he kind of suggested that Bronwyn had come on to him a bit. As is her right, by the way, as a single beautiful woman. Although I think she's with some really hot model now.
He's stunning. And I felt like, I was like, what has... That was a turning point for me. Because I was like, there's nothing that Wes can gain from this. Only public perception to think, oh my God, he's got it. It kind of wasn't very... Because he kind of joked about it a little bit as well. I just didn't feel like he was... I was like, there's more to this guy than what he's portraying.
