Why Resting Your Creative Soul Matters

In this week's episode, I'm back from beautiful Kerala, India, where I co-hosted the Wholehearted Retreat. I'm sharing from the heart about something tender — the season I've been in that I'm calling The Sacred Pause. It's been a time of creative stillness, emotional rest, and big shifts — including saying goodbye to my beloved Banjo. From moonlit lotus mornings to learning to receive support (even during Ayurvedic treatments!), this trip reminded me how vital it is to rest the paddock and let the soil restore.
