Gewinde werden meistens am Ende eines Bearbeitungsprozesses eingebracht und bedürfen daher besonderer Aufmerksamkeit, damit das Bauteil erfolgreich fertiggestellt werden kann. Werkzeug und Bearbeitungsmethode müssen daher mit Bedacht gewählt werden, damit am Ende die Gewindequalität den Anforderungen entspricht. Neben dem Gewindebohren oder Gewindeformen ist das Gewindefräsen eine echte Alternative. In dieser Episode wollen wir den Gewindefräsern auf den Zahn fühlen und prüfen, ob dieser Prozess tatsächlich hält, was er verspricht: Präzision und Prozesssicherheit!
