Communications expert, brand consultant, and executive coach Sam Horn says you just need to get out of your head and calm and come to your senses. Sam believes that the happiness we seek is available anytime we want for a moment's notice, and that we see something deeply when we are 100% present. If we stop for a moment even in the midst of that and look around us, we’re reminded of what really matters and gives us more grace about handling the responsibilities in our life.
