When we look at all the things we want to do, a sense of overwhelm can hit us. This happens in all aspects of our lives, whether it be for work, our business, relationships, health & well being and so on. When we look at them all together it really can become overwhelming. Our mind starts to have difficulty in figuring out what to do. I talk through a simple method that will help to put things into perspective and how to focus on the really important stuff and so help with dealing with that sense of overwhelm.
