From Addiction To Mindful Leadership

My guest on this episode is Angie Chaplin. When we first spoke, it was about Mindful Leadership and the plan was to cover things leaders can do to be more mindful, more aware or what’s happening around them, within their organisations, and in particular the lives of their people. With all the turmoil over the last 18 months it is a great topic to explore. However, whenever you start having a chat with someone, you discover a little more about them. And as we talked it became clear there were aspects of Angie’s life, and her fights which would be helpful to others. Hence the title “From Addiction to Mindful Leadership” because Angie will be speaking about her decade long alcohol addiction, and how she changed to fight and overcome this challenge.
