Mental and Physical resilience are linked. They go hand in hand and will support each other. But what we believe about mental resilience isn't accurate. At one point I thought, as did many others, it was some sort of shield. If I could become mentally resilient then I could weather everything and anything which the world could throw at me. We don't come through tough times unscathed but we can learn to deal with those time much better and get through them, if you build you resilience well before the tough times. Listen to some suggestions.
