How To Keep Working When You Don't Feel Like It

25 May 2021

Description

We all have tough days at work. We all have days when we know we need to get things done but just don’t feel like doing anything. There could be all sorts of reason to feel this way. And this the time when you must show up. This is when you must push beyond the feelings and get on with it. Even if we don’t feel like working or perhaps are not enjoying what you’re doing there is a way to help you get through and finish the day productively. I cover four key things you can do to help you get organised and get the work done. It will take some practise and if you can keep to a similar routine on the days you are feeling positive it will make much easier to carry through the same activities when you are not feeling so motivated. Which is my you should never relay on motivation! (see earlier episode on not relying on motivation). Have a listen and if you found it helpful, please share the podcast with one person you. Thank you and enjoy the episode. __________________________________________________________________   Thank you for supporting my podcast!
