
We think getting up in the morning is a problem. And it is. But we think the problem is with the morning, with the alarm/snooze button. Snoozing and hitting the snooze button has now developed into a habit. The more we repeat it the more it becomes a habits and the stronger the habit becomes. We get to the point where we barely come out of our slumber to hit the snooze button. So here's a few things you can do to create the habit of getting you up and heading into your day. The solution isn't just the morning habit!
