In earlier episodes - at the start of this podcast - I coverd the science behind habits and also how long it takes for a habit to form. In this episode I take about repetition of a habit and how the number of times you repeat a habits affects whether it becomes 'automated'. A question was raised about things you can repeat several times in a day and others which you may only be able to action once a day ad how that affects when an activity/action becomes a habits. Hope it gives clarification!
