While there are SO many signs pointing to intermittent fasting, we discuss the holes in the hype and provide recommendations to make your diet a sustainable one.   *Anafer discusses specific foods in a woman's diet that were made up to portray of a certain dietary composition. The foods mentioned are not an accurate report of the person's diet nor is their mention a sign to avoid those foods. Soda, chips, and hot dogs can certainly fit into a healthy balanced diet.
