One thing's for sure, everyone has disordered eating and a perfect relationship with food is just as mythical and out of reach as the perfect body. That said, there are some very clear dangers at play when it comes to thinking that weightloss is the path to health, and even just being preoccupied with health can be unhealthy. Because everyone has their own beliefs and lived experiences, I am not intentionally trying to tell you want to do, but rather telling you my story in a way that helps you understand why I hate diet culture and practice the way I do.
