CAP assesses the merits and gaps in the bill, and expounds on the points of the Position Paper, covering Labor Standards and Welfare, Building Local Market and mSMEs Support, Education and Capacity Building, Intellectual Property Rights, and Accountability, Transparency, and Grassroots Participation.
