A traffic car had been dispatched to investigate the accident. Upon arrival at the emergency hospital, we were informed that the suspect had died on the way. The dead body was identified by his personal effects as Charles Roxford, age 16.
The juvenile bureau was contacted, and they requested that in the course of our investigation, we notify the boy's family. 11.27 p.m. Frank and I drove out to the address listed on the victim's identification.
