Holly Pederson, MD, an Oncologist and member of the medical breast team at Cleveland Clinic, joins the Cancer Advances podcast to discuss her research on using polygenic risk scores to predict early onset triple-negative breast cancer in Black women. While polygenic risk scores have shown promise in predicting breast cancer risk, they have mainly been tested in European women and are less accurate for other ancestries.
