Hey, everybody. I'm Tariqa Foster-Brasby. What's up, y'all? I'm your girl, Cheryl Swoops. When you tune in to a new episode of our podcast, Levels to This, you're definitely going to get some spicy WNBA analysis. But we're more than just hoops. And the real conversation is what we actually breathe. It's been really, really cool seeing kind of these women just really step into their power off the court and understand that they are basketball, right? And they're not asking for permission. Listen to Levels to This with Shroes Hoops and Tarika Foster-Brasby on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

I'm Mungish Atigular, and I'm back with a new season of my podcast, Skyline Drive. This time I talk to scientists, biopunks, curmudgeons, blues owners, super seniors, and Goa's top cryotherapy lab to try to understand this obsession with living forever and what it means for all of us.
Travis Hancock 1:00
And I get into a bit of trouble along the way.
Stacey Dales 1:02
I'd say probably start bone smashing. That doesn't work. Make it look more defined. They say it works. I don't know.

You're getting a staggering amount of health and wellness information, and some of it is awesome.
Emily Oster 1:59
And some of it is, well, actually bullshit. Fortunately, we're both people who know how to read studies and can tell you what's worth trying out and what you can safely ignore.
Iso Joe Johnson 2:09

I sit down each week with a special guest, and we discuss the absolute best of things. Pete Davidson. It's that, and then there's everything else. Dude, his whole life has sounded like the first drop of a roller coaster. Mark Norman. I mean, I can't even tell you, Paul, how crazy it was. It was insane.

Obviously, I'm embarrassed. Someone that is extremely, extremely private and to have one of your most intimate details, the audio heard for the entire world to hear. I'm embarrassed for a number of reasons. People count on Shannon, Shay Shay Media Club, Shay Shay Nightcap, ESPN. There are a lot of people that count on Shannon to be professional at all times. And I always try to be professional at all times. Even when I'm behind closed doors, I still try to remain a level of professional, although I'm in the privacy of my own home. And I'm very disappointed in myself. Not for the act. I think there are millions and billions of people of consenting age that engage in activities. But to have your most intimate detail on the audio to be heard, I'm disappointed in myself.
Iso Joe Johnson 3:50
I let a lot of people down. My kids, I reached out to them. I called them. I called my sister. My friends, obviously my friends reached out. But God, this was not... Staged, um, came in, I threw my phone on the bed, um, gazed at an activity. I did not know IG Live. I've never been on IG Live. I've never turned IG Live on. So I don't know how it works. And so all of a sudden my other phone is going off and people are calling me FaceTime that I've never talked to a day of my life on FaceTime. And it didn't, I'm like, why are y'all calling me FaceTime? And after a while, Jamie Fritz, who's been my longtime marketing guy, he finally got through to me and he said, Shannon, you're on IG Live.
