Joe, Jonathan Gamingo talked to the athletic about choosing Minnesota over the Lakers. Not to come off as disrespectful, but I didn't feel like Los Angeles was the right environment for me. There's a level of expectations outside Norse surrounding the Lakers that can become distracting. And I wanted a situation where I could stay focused on basketball and my development. Now, when you look at Minnesota, he probably put himself in a situation where he was like, Man, look, I go to Minnesota. They already got a couple defensive specialists. They got a pass first point guard in LaMelo, and they got a dog at the two in Ant Elvis. You know, yeah, I wanna contribute. I wanna be uh uh uh a great piece to this puzzle, and I think that's kind of where he looked at. I think he looks like like Minnesota will be a much better team than probably the Lakers will be.
