In the latest episode of The Next Round, Laura talks to Emma Baron, one third of the day club House of Happiness.Emma reached back to her teenage passion when she gave up drinking - but it took some suggestion from a therapist to get her there.Understanding that she dealt with her emotions through alcohol was another key factor in helping her quit.
