with that, this case begins on Thursday, September 6th, 2012. So classes at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, aka UNC, have just wrapped for the day. That leaves nineteen year old junior Faith Hedgepeth free to attend a rush event at a local apartment complex. She's pledging with the Native American sorority, Alpha Pi Omega. Now, Faith is a member of the Hollywood Saponi tribe.
