Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: Identify the racial disparities that affect Black patients with anemia of CKD, leading to suboptimal outcomes; Recognize underlying factors contributing to racial disparities in the management of Black patients with anemia of CKD; and Outline strategies to improve the individualized treatment and management of anemia of CKD among Black patients.
