Bobby Johnson is the offensive line coach for the Buffalo Bills. He talks about how focusing on the basics allows him to have a plan, work the plan, and plan for the unexpected, and it all starts with the basics. Because of that he carries a small amount of drills which he reps again and again. Keith Carter is the offensive line coach for the Tennessee Titans who have a strong run game. He explains how everything starts with effort and then explains how their style of play drives everything that they do. Adam Stenavich is the offensive line coach for the Green Bay Packers. Nothing is taken for granted in his approach and that starts with coaching the basics beginning with stance. He explains why this is so important, maybe even more important in the NFL.
