By challenging her distorted beliefs and irrational thoughts, Tabitha was able to transition from a mindset of avoidance to one of embracing physical activity and enjoying its benefits. Dr. Kashey emphasizes the importance of intellectual understanding and philosophical integration, where beliefs are truly internalized and reflected in one's actions and way of living.
