Eric Cox 2:32
Oh, so I am uh I was never a morning person, but I had to become one. Like a lot of people that listen to the show I imagine. I like to get to the gym early and I try to get a little bit of a green tea in. I have my matcha right next to me for coffees with Joe. Um so yeah, usually just try to get to the gym first and then uh straight to straight to business. I do also try to get into get a little bit of the word in there, kinda sit down and uh get you know, kind of make sure that I'm centered, but uh but as as best I can it's a little bit of gym, a little bit of uh you know quick prayer and then uh straight to business.
Joseph Shalaby 3:01
Right right into it. Now uh you you work at a lifetime or where are you what are you training?
Eric Cox 3:05
Oh, I'm a home. If if I had to go a single mile, I wouldn't make it to the gym. So I'm I'm a I'm a garage gym guy. Um most of the time it's uh the honestly largely a similar routine. My brother Pubbyon, he's a physician. Uh so most of the time I've been doing the same routine that he that he that he recommends for himself. Uh what's that routine? So I do you know kind of chest and triceps on Mondays. We call it Christmas, a little back and abs, buy his cabs, shoulders abs, then legs to bring it home on Friday. Leg day Friday always riding to the weekend, right?
Joseph Shalaby 3:30
Oh gotcha. Okay, so it's just a lift schedule.
Eric Cox 3:33
Yeah, lift, Peloton, Pel Peloton Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and then a quick run on on Thursdays and then a a soft run on Tuesdays.
Joseph Shalaby 3:40
Oh, nice. All right, cool. Nice regimen. I appreciate that. Uh now um you are in the world of law.
