Neal Brown's not following his predecessors as he builds up West Virginia

There's a sense of family in the air with Neal Brown at the helm in Morgantown. But while he begins his third season in 2021, Brown has only had one full off-season to build his program. The Mountaineers have some work to do to catch the big boys of the Big 12, but West Virginia's optimistic that a plan is in place to reach the top of the conference.
