Building a Multi Million Dollar Empire with Mike Bouranis

03 Jun 2021

Description

About Mike Bouranis He is a coach and trainer on a mission to make things simpler for you. I'll be honest. Growing up, I was never really into fitness. I loved skateboarding, going to concerts, and hanging out with my friends. Although I played multiple sports growing up, it was never really my passion. That is until I went to college and began learning more about the body, its systems, and its ability to adapt to training. You see, I've always loved puzzles. Whether it be crosswords, riddles, or even figuring out how to perfect a trick while skateboarding - figuring out the solution to a problem always interested me. During my studies I began to realize that our body was just that: a set of infinite puzzles. Want more strength? speed? power? Then we have to create a series of stimuli to get there. I discovered exercise selection, periodization, intensity - along with other variables - are pieces that can be manipulated to achieve my client's training goals. In my final year in college, I got certified in training. Since then, I have continually strived to be the best problem solver I can be. I've interned and learned from some of the best coaches in the industry. I've attended countless seminars, talks and workshops all with the goal of continually learning, growing and perfecting my craft. Currently, I implement my techniques by coaching athletes and clients in West Babylon, as well as online through my business Stoked Athletics. I also work with organizations like the LIU Post Men's Lacrosse team, and West Babylon High School's Girls track and Field team. Learn more here.
