Repairing Relationships As Team Leader - Question

In this episode I respond to a question that I was sent by a listener. The situation involves someone acting as Team Leader, which is always a challenging situation as you move into a position of authority with people who were previously your peers. It's particularly challenging when this is a temporary situation and you will return to your former role in the future. I discuss some of the ways that we can set up a conversation to discuss what is going on, but to do so in a non-threatening way.
