Episode 6: Why You Should Ground Yourself & The Differences Between Grounding & Earthing!

Have you ever heard of grounding or earthing? If not, this episode you will learn all about it and why you should be incorporating it into your daily life.  How Do I Know If Earthing Is Working For Me? We recommend that when you start to keep a journal or note book and rate your conditions from 1 to 10.  10 being the worst and 1 being the best. Start journalling the first night you put your sheet on or use your mat and rate your conditions, return to the journal the next week and rate your condition again and see if the numbers have improved.  Do this over a few months to get a true indication as to your conditions improving. We have found that as this Earthing healing energy is very subtle, your new way of life becomes your "new normal" and you may carry on with life just as before without pain, without too much stress and this is now your new reference and you may think that Earthing is not working for you any longer as you have become accustom to your new way of well being. Well there is an easy way to test this.... leave your sheet off or don't use your mats for a week or two and you may start to see old illnesses return or you may not sleep as well - its that easy.   If you are healthy to begin with you may not notice any changes, however, you get rest assured that you are providing your body with a natural electrical nutrient, that it requires to stay well and live long.
