21 Jan 2024

Description

Harita and Viola interview visiting lecturer, Wendy Lutter,  and 3 students from the University of Minnesota IBUS 3019 class to talk about equity in international business, gender inequalities and injustices in leadership in business as well as New Zealand's gender equality in action.  They speak about what their course covers, what they've learnt about different countries in comparison to USA, and the vast differences between states within America.Wendy brings her class to New Zealand every year for 2 weeks in January to see New Zealand's gender equity in practice, so they can take this knowledge back home, in hope to make USA a more gender equal and equitable country for future generations.
