This week, Gilly is with Syrian chef, restaurateur and charity pop-up king, Imad Alarnab, whose story has become a symbol of hope for so many migrants fleeing their war-torn homelands.His book, Imad’s Syrian Kitchen is so much more than a book of recipes from Syria.
