In this episode, Sam Chapman joins me in conversation on the couch. Sam talks about how he's always been easily judged, and how at times, he couldn't really call his own house a proper 'home'. Through the power of fitness and sheer determination, Chapman slowly turns his life around, becoming a much more purposeful and positive thinking individual. It's only a matter of time before the name calling, and judging will eventually take a toll on you.
