Former Villanova College School captain, now Melbourne Storm NRL player, Christian Welch, joins me in this episode. He talks about the struggle of expectation as a professional sporting athlete, and how his two ACL reconstructions casted an array of doubt in his mind, to be able to play rugby league at the highest level again. He explains how he flipped his negativity on its back, showing the mental and physical ability to be able to perform once again. Christian also mentions the importance of giving back and volunteering within your local community.
