22 May 2019

Description

Today on the podcast we sit down with the incredible Amrit-Sadhana Khalsa of Body Bliss Life. Amrit-Sadhana is a holistic health and anxiety coach who also works with clients on intuitive eating and self love. She has found that no matter how much trauma you survive, how depressed or anxious you are, or how hopeless you feel, you can heal and live in joy in your body, mind and spirit. It was her experience in changing her relationship with her own anxiety that she realized she could help others do the same. She uses her lifelong experience with yoga and meditation and her deep knowledge of food and nutrition to give clients a grounded base in which to work from.   On this episode we have a deep discussion about anxiety. Amrit gives us tips and tools for anyone suffering with feelings of anxiousness, emotional eating, and so much more. We also discuss privilege in wellness and that wellness should be a birthright for all.
