Today we welcome online Nutrition Coach and podcast host, Nicole Hagen.  For years, Nicole was stuck on the diet culture roller coaster ride, trying to earn worthiness by following rigid food rules, counting calories, eating less, and exercising more. Only to end up exhausted, unhappy, and the farthest from healthy she had ever been. A few wake up calls later, she has now committed her life to helping women live full and vibrant lives without food fear, rules, or restriction. She works to help individuals create eating habits in a healthy and sustainable way. We have a really wonderful and fun, food positive conversation on nutrition, diet culture, and Nicole’s journey.
