You've been told — maybe never in those words — that the more Christian you are, the less useful you become. Joseph was a slave, falsely accused, thrown in prison. Not one circumstance was ever in his favor. Yet he ended up second only to Pharaoh, running the greatest civilization on earth — and he was elevated by pagans, not in spite of his faith but because of it. The principle is Luke 16:10: faithful in the least, faithful also in much. It wasn't luck, and Joseph wasn't the only one.
